I have been playing around with DSDPlus to decode D-STAR audio. It works with the discriminator audio coming out of my mobile radio. I was thinking that this might work if I could get the raw audio coming from a X-Reflector. Is there a way to get the raw audio from a X-Reflector so I can decode it with DSDPlus?

No, the reflector just bounces the packets in the DExtra or DPlus stream to other Xreflectors and/or DStar gateways (repeaters, hotspots, dongles etc). You could connect to the XRF with ircddbgateway + DummyRepeater and get the audio from a compatible sound device.
