I finally got the configuration worked out. I can see my own transmissions. I can see the users online in the ircDDB Gateway but I can't hear anyone. Obviously something wrong. I hear my call sign announcement, every 3 minutes, and I hear the Linked to message but nothing else. Help please.

"I can see the users online in the ircDDB Gateway" I'm not sure what this means...please post an example of what you're seeing that you think means users online.
It sounds to me like you're linked to a reflector with no activity.

It sounds to me like you're linked to a reflector with no activity. In the ircDDB gateway window I see: ircDDB connected D-PRS : Active. In the links I see W3LNA Linked to REF006C on repeater 1. in the Log window I see date time groups and USER continuous call signs scrolling up. So the activity is there. I suspect that something is not set in the DStar repeater configuration but cannot for the life of me see what I have done wrong. I should be able to hear the activity. When I transmit the DStar Repeater window shows my call sign but I just noticed that I get a date time group with my call sign that says AMBE for W3LNA. Is that wrong? As I understand AMBE is only for Dongles. Mike

The "AMBE for W3LNA" in the log is normal. AMBE is the vocoder used for all DStar communications, not just dongles.
The USER activity you are seeing is backbone traffic from ircddb, not activity on the reflector you're linked to.
Are you using DStar Commander, or is this someone else's image?

It's all working correctly now. I finally figured out how to follow your instructions. LOL Once I did it came right up and ran. I can communicate properly. Thanks very much.
