I am trying to install the DStar Commander on a micro SD card and when I start the configuration program it asks for the drive where the SD card is. I have already moved the Image to the card and it is telling me that there is no image on that drive and shuts down. Please help. Thanks

Did you FLASH (not just move as you stated) the D-Star Commander image to the SD card? If not, then you need to use the Win32DiskImager program which is available for free from www.westerndstar.co.uk/html/downloads.html to do that first. 73, John AA7US

To restate what John said above, you have to make the (micro)SD card into a bootable device, which is done by using Win32diskimager to take the compacted drive image file you downloaded and write it out sector-wise to the SD card to form a bootable device.
Then, after that, you run the configuration utility.

I tried redoing it and I am still getting the same message. OK, more questions... Can you use Windows File Explorer to look at the contents of the SD card? If yes, do you see a list of files including "bootcode.bin" and "kernel.img" among others? Is the name of the SD card in File Explorer showing as "boot"? When you enter the drive letter in the D-Star Configuration program, are you entering it as a plain letter only such as "D" or "E" (no quotes of course) and without any extra symbols such as "D:" or "E:"? I tried looking at the contents of the card but it is telling me I have to format the card before I can use it. Also I am just typing a plain letter. I am also using Windows 10 if that helps you. I don't know if that is messing with it too.

You might try a low-level format on the card using the SDFormatter utility, otherwise I'd try it with a different SD card, then...sounds like you have a bad one.
