I just setup the new touch screen display from the Raspberry Pi foundation. I am having two challenges: First, in order to take advantage of the display I have to upgrade to the most current version of the OS, Is there away to do this within the build? Second, the command line character fonts and the gui fonts are very tiny. How can I enlarge them?
Thanks

Bob,
I'm new to the Pi group, so excuse my ignorance. Will the touchscreen interface/display work with v1.20a? Are there any special considerations to be aware of? The display looks like a way to add at least some local interface to the OS, Might be nice to default to a status display. If so and capable - how?

I have no idea. The primary intent of the DStar Commander image is to be able to set up and run a G4KLX hotspot completely headless--e.g. no display, keyboard, or mouse.
So...you're in uncharted (at least by me) territory when adding displays and other HIDs.
