Having a difficult time getting the Commander download page to open. I am getting timeout errors. The one time that I did get the page to open and download the zip file, went to unzip it and the file was corrupted.

Same here, been trying for a few days, at first timeouts, now cannot connect to the ftp server at all. Is there any other location does anyone know?
Heard great thinks about commander and want to give it a try with my DVMEGA

If anyone knows another way to get a clean copy I'd relaly like you for a looong time. I tried also for 2 days and can't get it to D/L. Even the Maryland guys are having stalls on downloads...

I experienced the same thing.
You can try using a program like FileZilla which is normally configured to auto-retry the ftp download. Most web browsers will simply give up.

I just happened to download the DV Mega version on Saturday. I have it in a Dropbox folder, so if anyone needs that version let me know and I can send a link.

I just rebooted the ftp server. Working normally now.
If you run into trouble, post here immediately rather than waiting a couple days before letting me know. I can't fix a problem I don't know about...

Well, I thought it was. I almost had the file downloaded and it is now timing out again. Not sure if it is on my end or the FTP end, Bob.

After a half dozen crashes over the last few days, the server is currently down for a complete rebuild, and the VPS hosting service (Cloud at Cost) picked this week to run a big sale, so I can't get in to do the work at the moment.
New download links will be posted when I get the server or servers back up.

I've tried to download the DVAP image 4 or 5 times, yesterday and today. It goes ok for about 50-60 mb, then chokes and dies. Am I doing something wrong on this end?

Does any kind soul out there know an alternate site, or other way of obtaining the DVAP image?

For the record, I was able to download the dvap image without problems today about 7:00 PM. Many thanks for your efforts! Yesterday I tried all of 'em! Didn't need Fillzilla, BTW!
