DV Mega with low Rx audio using DStar Commander

Hi,
Just fired up my DV Mega and Pi using DStar Commander
It connects ok and others report a fine signal BUT when I am receiving on my ID 51 the audio is low
When I use my DVAP on a PC everything works perfectly
Is there a DV Mega setting I need to change?
