Unable to link up using callsign routing on CCS701, CCS704 and CCS706. Are these servers down?

I don't know, but I was issued a CCS7 ID back on 5/27/16 and is has NEVER worked no matter which server I log into. Anyone who attempts to link to my ID gets "ID XXXXXXX cannot be mapped to a callsign." And I'm not the only one! I've sequencially gone through each ID number prior to mine trying to link to it , and none of them work UNTIL I get to the ID's issued early in May.
I sent an email to the CCS7 ID team and received no response.

I have a friend having the exact same problem, exact same message. He can link to me but I cannot link to him. When he does link to me, I can hear him but he cannot hear me. Both stations are on server 704. Both have ircddb connected.
Any ideas? John, how did you finally fix this issue you were having?
Thank you, Doug WB4CDH

Thank you, Doug WB4CDH Hi Doug, Unfortunately no, I've never been able to nail down the cause, but I'm still chasing ideas / theories. I don't give up easily. Please tell me about how each of your hotspots access the internet (DSL, cablemodem, cellular, free public WiFI, etc.) and how you have your networks set up. I'd specifically like to know if by chance either of you have any port forwarding set up in your router(s) to your D-Star hotspots? Also by chance do either of you have your D-Star hotspots set up in your router under a DMZ? (If you don't know what a router DMZ is, then you probably don't use it.). Thanks in advance, John AA7US

Hello John, well, we still don't have the problem resolved. My system works great but my friends still has the same issue you had. We hav bothpi's programmed identical with the exception of the call signs. The ports are forwarded on both systems with firewalls turned off in each modem. Both of us get our internet service from the cable company but they are different companies. We even tried it with a cellular hotspot. Same results. I have absolutely ran out of ideas.
At this point, I am of the conclusion that something isn't getting propagated regularly with the US a Trust server. You are correct, you can go backwards and find a date that all work and from a certain date forward, there seems to be a problem.. Am at a loss...
