I had DStar Commander working great on my RaspPi with a WiPi dongle. Then I had to use the SD card for something else, so I rewrote the image and set up using DSarCommander V2.01. Everything seems to be set up fine as I can communicate with the RaspPi with my Icom ID-51, but the wipi will not light up and will not connect to my hotspot. If I plug it into another computer, it works just fine. What might I have done wrong?
