D-Star Repeater not transmitting in V2.01

Hi There,
I just updated my image to version 2.01 and I am now seeing the screen below when my repeater starts up. Also there are times when the repeater screen shows that someone is talking in the MY field but nothing is being heard on my radio. I am wondering if there is some sort of setup step I am missing, but not sure because sometimes the repeater is transmitting fine and other times I see the screen below. Any help is appreciated.
