DstarConfig Issues

I have tried several times now, and I cant get this to config properly.
I run the DstarConfig.exe, set all my settings, and save it. I boot the pi up, and it sits forever with the blank terminal window, and never reboots, never fully configs. I have tried both wifi and wired.
Any ideas???
