Some users in the UK have stated that the hostfile address for DCS006 "dcs006.xreflector.net" is not getting them in however if they change the hostfile to "dcs006.xreflector.net L" adding th L at the end of the hostfile it gets them in? I have noticed DCS006 dropping out quite frequently. What does the L at the end of the hostfile mean and is it something that we should change here in the states?? Just curious.

The "L" locks the entry from being overwritten by either a lower-level host file entry or an online host server. It's a syntax specific to the G4KLX ircddbgateway.
DStar Commander no longer accesses the old host server infrastructure, so it should not be an issue. If you're using another image that still updates host data in real time from an online source then it might be.
It sounds more likely that DCS006 is having issues to me.
