Trouble connecting Commander to Gateway Repeaters

The host files included with the DStar Commander install, as well as the automatic host updates, do not and never have included gateways--only reflectors. To connect to a gateway directly, you need to add the gateway definition to the root level DPlus_Hosts.txt file (e.g. /root/DPlus_Hosts.txt) and then restart the hotspot. If the file doesn't yet exist, you create it and put the definition there, each line has the call sign left-justified in capital letters, and then a tab or two spaces, then the url or IP address (no web addresses, for example W6XXX.comcast.net, NOT http://W6XXX.comcast.net) It's been that way since the first release.
